Del Mar is one of the most unique coastal real estate markets that exist in San Diego.  It’s almost impossible to match the beachfront house locations from 15th to 29th street, and what is known as Sandy Lane, Del Mar Mega Beachfront homes. I have deep roots in Del Mar and nearby beach communities, including Solana Beach and Cardiff By The Sea. As a young lad, I grew up in Poway and I was always coastal due to my surfing addiction at such a young age. Thus, I worked like a mad mad man as a young buck to pull my own weight and support my expensive habit of buying a new surfboard every month or two. Of course,  I worked all over, mainly at restaurants, mainly buss boy, until many years later I did valet parking. I basically worked every gig from Poseidon Del Mar, Jakes Del Mar, The Plaza, heck I even did The Fish Market, The Brig, and Scalini, the biggest cash cow you could possibly ever imagine, but that was because I RULED IT.  Those were the good old days, right before I got my real estate license in 2006.
